This notice explains how CK Grow LLP (“we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Pitch form: your name, email, phone and LinkedIn profile; your company’s details; information about your business and fundraise; and any deck you upload or link.
- Contact form: your name, email, organisation and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
- Website assistant: the questions you type, kept without your name, IP address or any identifier so we can improve the answers. If you choose to leave your details in the assistant, we treat them like a contact-form message.
- Visit statistics: anonymous counts of page views, the referring website and whether a phone was used. We do not record IP addresses or set cookies for this.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The pitch form keeps an unsent draft in your own browser so you don’t lose your answers; it is deleted when you send the pitch or clear the form.
Why we use it
- To review your pitch, assess a possible investment and reply to you. You receive an automatic confirmation email, and partners are alerted to new pitches by email or a private messaging channel.
- To answer your message.
- To send founder insights by email, if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
By submitting a form you consent to this use; the pitch form records the date of your consent. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted connections. Pitches, decks and messages are stored on our own server, readable only by the partners through individual accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step sign-in, and every access is logged. Data is backed up daily.
Who can see it
Only the partners of CK Grow LLP and people working with us on evaluating an investment, under a duty of confidentiality. We may share information with our professional advisers or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep pitches and messages for as long as needed to evaluate the opportunity and maintain a record of our dealings, and then delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to us using the details on our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
